Loved the space, late check in was amazing, loved the room I got & getting breakfast the next day was beautiful! Absolutely in love with the decor - from reception, to my room & even at the breakfast area, so chic. Room was also just the perfect size for myself. The rooftop terrace and relaxation areas were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed exploring nearby landmarks like Kendrick Park, Mackey Park, and Harry's Cafe de Wheels, all within a short distance, enhancing our family bonding experience. The hotel's location and amenities truly made our stay memorable.

The staff guided me to my destination. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. I keep coming back for holiday.

Enjoyed the self-service food options and prompt snack delivery. the lounge and gym were nice facilities, and the complimentary drinks for our honeymoon was a lovely touch.

I chose Citadines for its proximity to SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. The complimentary wireless Internet and the polite staff at reception were delightful. The Penthouse Grab & Go offered delicious local and international cuisine, and the bar was a lovely place for a pre-dinner drink.

The rooms were spotless and had a real cool vibe to them, plus staff were super friendly. The views from the PH floor were top-notch, overlooking the airport runways – best sight ever. The rooms had everything I needed, very modern and comfy, great for a good night's sleep after a long trip. 🌟

The hotel's retro-chic design and vibrant décor brought back fond memories of my youth. The open and spacious lobby and common areas were easily accessible for me as a senior woman, and the short walk to the airport was manageable, even for those with limited mobility.

I would just ask for a better selection of instant coffee for the children of the staff who prefer it.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because of its prime location at the cusp of Sydney Domestic Airport, surrounded by the business parks of Alexandria, Botany, Mascot, and Waterloo. The Lakes and The Australian golf clubs are also all nearby. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to access my business meetings and the airport.

One service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting facilities within the hotel premises.

One area of improvement could be the cleaning policy and communication regarding additional charges.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and with excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, and the room is comfortable with all the amenities I need. I especially enjoyed the views from the lounge on the top floor and the overnight service was a bonus.

I didn't make a note of my request at the reception desk but overall, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends for a comfortable stay near the airport.

Citadines Connect Sydney Airport exceeded my expectations with its modern room design and comfortable bed. The cafe/bar area was a great place to unwind. Although small, the gym was well-equipped. A minor issue with the gym lights, but overall an excellent stay. Would definitely return.

Yo, it would've been awesome if they had more party-friendly activities for us young peeps. Like maybe a decked-out game room or a cool lounge for some late-night shenanigans.

The grab-and-go station was a dream come true for my lazy self, I could just grab some pre-packaged hot food without lifting a finger. The rooftop cinema was a delightful spot to watch films while warming up by the fire.

My room was so bare, it felt like I was camping in the wilderness.

The hotel boasts a perfect location for those taking off early. It is extremely close to the airport and offers convenient drop off. The clean and comfortable rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities and the fabulous communal areas are great for relaxation. The staff is also very friendly and considerate of guests’ needs, providing impeccable service.

It would be helpful if the shuttle service were more identifiable and easily recognized.

the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, and the room was surprisingly modern and elegant. the toiletries provided were among the best I've seen in a hotel. I also enjoyed the pleasant outdoor area with a fire to relax by. it was a great stay for a quick stopover.
